He has over 20 years of diverse experience in sales, behavioral management, negotiations, conflict resolution, and operations management. He specializes in Telephone Prospecting and has a solid system that works. His goal is to teach others that every phone conversation can be directed so that it is beneficial for both their company and their client. He demonstrates how to get that elusive first appointment with real world scenarios using a hands-on approach.
